Is this route for you?

Who this is for

  • You are new to freediving or have only snorkelled.
  • You are comfortable in water and can swim.
  • You want instruction in English (Estonian also available).

Who should ask us first

  • You are under 18 — age rules are confirmed when you ask.
  • You have a medical condition that affects breath-hold or water sports.
  • You want a short taster rather than a full course — tell us, we will point you right.

What you experience and learn

You leave with a working calm-water routine — not a list of topics. You learn to slow your breathing before a dive, to equalise early and gently, to trust a buddy system, and to end every dive with a controlled recovery at the surface. The goal of the first course is not depth; it is that the water starts to feel like a place you can think in.

Introduction sessions and the full beginner course are different things — if you are unsure which you want, say so in the form and the team will explain both before you choose.
